 Please use the schedules @ millcreekequestriancenter.com for sending in lesson request forms. Also, do not submit your schedule more than once (e.g., don't e-mail it, then fax it).  When submitting by e-mail, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours.  If you don't, please call the office.

PLEASE NOTE: Lesson cancellations called in using cell phones are often unclear, so please follow up or call from a land line. In addition, cancellations by e-mail must be made a week in advance!!
